At Conguitos, we want to ensure your shopping experience is perfect. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the footwear or apparel is unworn and in its original condition.
Ship the Items
Affix the return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
